Hilong Oil Service & Engineering Pakistan (Private) Limited (Pakistan) was incorporated in April of 2013. At present, three teams, HL-5(1500HP VFD)、HL-9(1500HP VFD)、HL-21(2000HP), are providing drilling services to UEPL.
